Big sharp hooks are very important, but also fly tying materials we use make it much easier to create those flies . Pike terror flies brush is the one we use the most. Long tail fibers when wrapped around the hook shank create lovely fish shape.
To fish those streamers we use heavy rods 9ft long weight #8 or #9.
Intermedial line WF9I is the one which use.
Hucho-hucho are aggressive predators, which attack in half second. Stripping must be fast and aggressive as well.
